Dr. Rachel Kim earned her PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA. She completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and has maintained her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential for over 16 years.
Before joining ZenSulin, Rachel spent a decade in clinical and research settings focused on metabolic health and glucose regulation. She has contributed to studies on how plant-derived compounds interact with insulin signaling pathways and has co-authored papers in nutrition and metabolism journals.
As Wellness Research Lead, Rachel oversees all scientific content and product formulation guidance. She makes sure every blog post, product page, and educational resource meets the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. Her goal is to translate complex nutrition science into plain language that anyone can understand and act on.
